## What You Will Do - Drive year-on-year revenue and margin growth across the Public Sector by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Develop compelling win strategies that align with customer needs and Capita's CPS propositions.
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders across public sector organizations, focusing on trust, understanding, and mutual benefit.
  • Embed Capita's technology-enabled solutions at the heart of new business opportunities by collaborating with market development, Win Centre, and technology teams.
  • Use data, insight, and sales tools to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate across CPS teams to ensure seamless transition of new business into delivery and account management.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships, leveraging your commercial acumen and understanding of business development best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies that could impact the public services sector and Capita's offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of Capita's growth strategy, sharing insights and recommendations based on your experience and market analysis.
## What We Are Looking For - Experience working in the Public Services Sector, with a proven track record of selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, and Case Management propositions.
  • Good experience managing a business development or sales pipeline, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Confident and skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to qualify opportunities and shape tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong understanding of business development best practices, including account planning, pipeline discipline, reporting, and risk management.
  • Experience with sales tools and technology, with Salesforce experience being highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insight, research, and market intelligence to drive sales decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
## Nice to Have - Experience with Adjust or similar analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the public services sector, including digital transformation strategies.
  • Certification in sales or business development, such as a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in more than one language, given Capita's multinational client base and operations.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
