## About the Role As a Business Development Manager at Oxylabs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in China. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and managing sales cycles. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders, including technical, support, and legal teams, to address client requirements and ensure seamless communication.
The role is part of a dynamic team of over 500 professionals who are passionate about developing cutting-edge web data gathering solutions. ## What You Will Do - Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound activities - Map target verticals, such as AI and e-commerce, and maintain a strategic account list - Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data - Network at relevant tech meetups, AI forums, data conferences, and government or association events - Leverage existing networks within the proxy/web data collection infrastructure ecosystem - Manage sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing - Develop and present proposals to prospective clients - Identify partnership opportunities with additional service providers - Provide local insights on competitor activities and market trends - Manage client relationships, engaging with leads and responding to communication - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client requirements and ensure seamless communication
## What We Are Looking For - At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions - Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese - A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups - Eligibility to travel to Europe and Mainland China - Strong technical aptitude and passion for understanding our technology - Expertise in tech industries, including e-commerce, AI tools, marketing and advertising, travel and hospitality, cybersecurity, and financial services - Experience working with mid-market and corporate-sized companies
## Nice to Have - Experience working in a remote environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools - Knowledge of web data gathering solutions and proxy infrastructure - Certification in sales or a related field
