The Business Development Manager position at KnowledgeBrief is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Team, aimed at redefining how leadership professionals learn, lead, and succeed across the UK. What You Will Do
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, leveraging digital skills and market knowledge to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Design and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of KnowledgeBrief's offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, consistently demonstrating a results-driven approach to business development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall sales strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute to the development of new sales initiatives.
