About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Magic, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and onboarding. You will work with a high-volume inbound lead flow, leveraging your skills in GTM, HubSpot, and Adjust to drive revenue growth. Your day-to-day will involve running discovery calls with C-level and Director-level prospects, uncovering pain points, and positioning Magic's products to meet their needs.

The role is part of a global team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing. You will work closely with the Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of sales strategies, provide feedback, and continuously improve your skills.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and onboarding
  • Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects
  • Uncover pain points and position Magic's products to meet prospect needs
  • Work every deal to completion, following up persistently and updating next steps
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline, prioritizing outreach and deal velocity
  • Continuously learn and improve, seeking feedback and adapting to new strategies
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to the development of sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in selling SaaS, subscription services, or outsourcing solutions
  • Experience with GTM, HubSpot, and Adjust
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including discovery, needs analysis, and closing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deals
  • Coachable and self-accountable, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
