About the Role
The Business Development Manager position at 5Blue Software is a key role in driving the company's growth in the IT outsourcing and staff augmentation sectors. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional client service.The role is based in Europe, with a focus on the US and European markets. You will be expected to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry conferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the IT outsourcing industry.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US and European markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Develop and deliver sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client service
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the IT outsourcing market, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with potential clients
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT outsourcing industry
- Advanced English language skills (C1+), with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing market, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US and European markets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a consistent record of hitting revenue targets
- Experience developing industry partnerships, customer networks, and new market opportunities
