What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive market growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends and conditions
  • Collaborate with local businesses to acquire necessary resources and services
  • Negotiate and close business deals with potential clients
  • Provide detailed reports on market trends and business performance
  • Network and pitch to potential clients to promote Aldelia's services
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement business plans
  • Manage and develop new business relationships with existing clients

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to network and pitch to potential clients
  • Strong understanding of local market conditions and trends
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
