What You Will Do
- Develop, nurture, and retain key relationships with mortgage brokers to drive business growth.

- Work closely with the Underwriting team to meet client needs and ensure efficient file processing.
- Leverage your business network to identify potential clients and expand the broker network.
- Promote Bridgewater Bank's products and services continuously, enhancing your knowledge to better serve clients.
- Attend industry events to provide valuable market feedback and improve products and services.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and creative solutions for clients.
- Collaborate across teams, including Underwriting, Marketing, and internal teams, to meet all client needs and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate efforts with the internal marketing team to align strategies and gain insight into market dynamics.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
What We Are Looking For
- A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of direct sales experience within the mortgage industry.
- An Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets while maintaining quality business relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and a commitment to providing exceptional service and solutions to clients.
