About the Role

The Business Development Manager position at Azeus Convene is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in software sales and lead generation. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base in Turkey. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and demonstrating the value of Azeus Convene's software solutions.

The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of Azeus Convene's software solutions
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and existing customers
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve sales strategies and product development
  • Participate in sales meetings and negotiations to close deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales in Turkey
  • Educational background in Business Management or Computer Science
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads
  • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Turkish market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel and other sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
