About the Role

The Business Development Manager position at FP Markets represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and multicultural company. As a key member of the Vietnam team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the company's market share, build strong relationships with partners, and drive client acquisition through digital channels. The role involves working closely with the Country Manager, Vietnam, as well as global marketing and back-office teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

Day-to-day, you will leverage social media platforms, Telegram trading communities, and other social spaces to engage potential clients and partners. Your ability to navigate the local market, understand consumer behavior, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly will be critical to success. The position offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to apply your expertise and contribute to the company's best practices.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow FP Markets in Vietnam
  • Identify, engage, and convert leads into active traders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with local IBs, affiliates, and trading communities
  • Leverage social media channels and Telegram trading communities for client acquisition and engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company and its products through the most effective local marketing channels
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including trading clients, affiliates, IBs, money managers, and other company partners
  • Work closely with customer support to ensure an impeccable user experience for all clients
  • Participate in preparing necessary sales and marketing content
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and user experience
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and business development activities

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in Vietnamese, with strong English proficiency being an added advantage
  • Strong preference for candidates with regional working experience or a professional network within the FX/CFD trading industry in Vietnam/SEA
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the financial services or trading industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media engagement
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in responding to market changes and consumer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance
