## About the Role As a Business Development Manager at WebStrategies, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's client base. Your primary focus will be on managing a pipeline of opportunities, nurturing prospects, and closing sales. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in HubSpot and B2B sales to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the credit union and community bank industries, as well as experience working with complex B2B solutions. You will be responsible for participating in industry trade shows and events to enhance the company's visibility and attract new prospects. ## What You Will Do - Manage a pipeline of opportunities, including prospecting, discovery, and closing sales - Nurture prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closed won - Participate in industry trade shows and events to enhance the company's visibility and attract new prospects - Work a database of cold and warm prospects to convert them from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads - Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Utilize HubSpot to manage sales processes, track leads, and analyze sales performance - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the credit union and community bank industries - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in digital marketing and B2B sales

## What We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or B2B solutions sector - Proven track record of successfully prospecting, selling, and closing new business sales - Strong understanding of the credit union and community bank industries - Experience working with HubSpot and other sales management tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly competitive personality and a strong desire to win - Demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
