About the Role
The Business Development Pipeline Manager position is a critical component of The Legends Agency's UK sales team, operating remotely on UK hours from South Africa. This role is about driving the sales pipeline forward with precision, ensuring that every meeting and interaction counts towards the company's goals in the construction sector. What You Will Do
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot with accurate, real-time data
- Book meetings with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors across the UK
- Coordinate and optimize Business Development Manager calendars in Outlook for geographic efficiency
- Make outbound calls via 3CX to confirm, schedule, and follow up on meetings
- Send clear agendas to Business Development Managers ahead of every scheduled meeting
- Track and report weekly on meetings booked, outbound activity, and pipeline status
- Submit weekly reports in Word format and participate in monthly performance check-ins
- Attend all internal sales huddles, forecasts, and Business Development team meetings
- Collaborate with the Sales Director on call scripting and communication training
- Manage and convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into booked appointments
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, or a similar role
- Experienced with HubSpot or equivalent CRM system
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and calendar management
- Excellent phone manner with fluent English and a clear, neutral, or light accent
- Strong understanding of UK geography and travel planning
- Friendly, persuasive, and consistent in follow-up without being pushy
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong reporting discipline
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive process improvements
- Experience working in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related sectors is a plus
