## About the Role As a Business Development Representative at Coverflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success by directly fueling the sales pipeline and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, ensuring that the Account Executives can focus on high-quality, well-qualified meetings. The sales team at Coverflex is dynamic and results-oriented, with a strong focus on collaboration and feedback. As a Business Development Representative, you will be working closely with the Head of Business Development, Stefano Alicicco, who fosters a positive and relaxed work environment while maintaining high standards of performance. The team's success is measured by key performance indicators such as the number of outbound activities, meetings booked, and qualified meetings.
## What You Will Do - Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan to engage potential customers and drive revenue growth - Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Notion to manage sales pipeline, track interactions, and analyze performance metrics - Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, delivering personalized pitches and handling objections - Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that only high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Executives - Build and maintain accurate records of interactions, meetings, and sales pipeline progression within the CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to refine the sales strategy, share best practices, and contribute to the development of new sales tools and materials - Continuously update knowledge of the benefits market, competitors, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness - Meet and exceed monthly targets for outbound activities, meetings booked, and qualified meetings - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance - Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise
