## About the Role As a Business Development Representative at Custom AI Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating qualified leads and booking introductory appointments for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge Custom AI Intelligent Voice Assistant (IVA) solution that is revolutionizing the way transportation software companies, NEMT providers, dispatch operations, fleet management, and inbound call center businesses operate. You will be working in a fast-paced, remote environment, and will be expected to be self-motivated and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on high-volume outbound calling and lead generation. You will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential clients, and then reaching out to them via phone and email to generate interest in our AI solution. You will also be working closely with the marketing team to coordinate LinkedIn outreach campaigns and support lead generation efforts.
