About the Role
Pavago is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate and qualify sales opportunities, engaging with inbound and outbound leads, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, conducting discovery calls to assess prospect needs and document qualification thoroughly in CRM.
- Identify strategic target accounts and execute targeted outreach sequences combining email, phone, and LinkedIn, personalizing outreach with account-specific insights.
- Manage early-stage leads by building relationships through periodic follow-up and tailored content, routing cold-to-warm opportunities back into nurture campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles.
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel.
How to Stand Out
- Develop a strong understanding of CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce to efficiently manage leads and opportunities.
