About the Role
Join Equipment Systems Corporation as a Business Development Representative, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales team. This hourly, long-term position emphasizes outbound cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted businesses (call lists provided)
- Follow a prepared script while engaging with prospects
- Ask qualifying questions to assess potential leads
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads or transfer warm leads to sales team
- Record all call activity accurately in our CRM
Requirements
- Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience is necessary
- Clear spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls (75–100+ calls/day)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet calling environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
