About the Role
The Business Development Representative role at Garner Health is a critical part of the company's revenue team, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified meetings and pipeline growth. This role will report to the Business Development Manager and will be instrumental in identifying key targets, developing call strategies, and driving opportunities. As a key player in the revenue organization, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to leverage business and industry knowledge to research accounts and generate interest.The role entails day-to-day outreach to targeted accounts and partners, working SOOTHINGLY to build relationships and identify compelling events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to the company's headquarters in NYC. As part of the revenue team, the Business Development Representative will work in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.

What You Will Do
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline growth for Garner's revenue organization
- Meet or exceed BDR activity metrics set forth by the Business Development Manager
- Work with sales teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key targets, and generate interest
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
- Manage, track, and report on all activities using Salesforce
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
- Identify compelling events and develop accounts to drive opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and Garner Health's products and services
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong business and industry knowledge to research accounts and generate interest
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
