About the Role

Gitlab is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its growing Sales team. This 100% remote role is based in North America and will involve leading initial outreach to targeted accounts, working closely with the Field and Digital Marketing teams, as well as the Sales and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles
  • Introduce GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform to potential clients
  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for GitLab's Sales organization

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce, Adjust, and Excel
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
