About the Role
Gitlab is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Sales team. This 100% remote position will be based in the United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, or Ireland. As a BDR, you will lead the initial outreach to targeted accounts, working closely with the Field and Digital Marketing teams, as well as the Sales and Customer Success teams.Responsibilities
- Leveraging creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles to introduce Gitlab's value.
- Generating qualified meetings and pipeline for Gitlab's Sales organization.

- Proficiency in Salesforce, Adjust, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
