About the Role

Sprinto is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join its team in Bengaluru. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of Sprinto's AI-native GRC platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their compliance and risk management needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales messaging and materials
  • Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the value of Sprinto's platform to potential customers
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve the platform and sales materials
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including pipeline growth and conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in compliance and risk management

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk management, with the ability to articulate the value of Sprinto's platform
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-native GRC platforms or compliance and risk management software
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks, such as SPIN or Challenger Selling
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce or Tableau
  • Certification in sales or a related field, such as a CSP or CSO designation
