About the Role
Pandektes is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join their team, focusing on the Swiss market. As the first point of contact for new customers, you will own the full top-of-funnel, including prospecting, outreach, and booking high-quality meetings. This is an exciting early-stage role with real potential for growth in a category-defining legal tech company.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be the bridge between customers, Customer Success, and Product, ensuring that real user insights drive platform improvements. Your creativity and initiative in outreach and prospecting will be key to success in this role.
Pandektes has already made significant strides in the legal tech industry, serving over 350 customers across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a talented and passionate team that is redefining how legal knowledge is accessed, understood, analyzed, and applied.
What You Will Do
- Research, generate, and acquire new leads across the Swiss market
- Book high-quality meetings with potential customers, including law firms and private and public institutions
- Understand customer needs and clearly position Pandektes' value proposition
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
- Act as a feedback loop between customers, Customer Success, and Product
- Keep the pipeline accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Find creative ways to reach new prospects and continuously test what works
- Present solutions that genuinely resonate with legal professionals
- Manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in legal tech
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in German and English (Swiss-German is a plus)
- Some sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment and/or a background in the legal space
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Initiative and creativity in outreach and finding new ways to prospect
- A proactive, self-starting mindset that thrives in a collaborative team
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple conversations and priorities at once
- Ability to present solutions that resonate with legal professionals
- Basic understanding of AI and LLMs (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes

- Background in law or a law degree
- Interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI
- Experience working with Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of the Swiss market and legal industry
