About the Role
The Business Development Research Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Valce Talent Solutions' customer database. This involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing administrative support to the Business Development team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring the smooth operation of daily business development activities, and contributing to the achievement of strategic growth objectives.The role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented, with excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in collaborative team environments, is essential. What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including account builds, contact verification, and product whitespace reporting
- Assist with CRM data entry, maintenance, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to support the growth of the customer database
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth operation of daily business development activities
- Support the Business Development team in achieving strategic growth objectives
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to support business development activities
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to support the growth of the customer database
What We Are Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
