About the Role
The Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving growth for SummitNext's BPO services, focusing on targeted lead generation, market research, and pipeline development. This position requires a unique blend of sales acumen, analytical mindset, and cross-cultural communication skills. As a key member of the team, the specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing department to create tailored content and identify new sales channels.The day-to-day responsibilities will involve utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and industry databases to source high-potential B2B leads. The specialist will also conduct market research to develop a deep understanding of the data annotation market and evolving customer support trends, analyzing competitor strategies and emerging BPO demands in the US/UK regions.
What You Will Do
- Identify decision-makers in industries requiring customer support, backend operations, and data annotation services
- Develop understanding of the data annotation market (image/text/audio tagging, AI training datasets) and evolving customer support trends
- Analyze competitor strategies and emerging BPO demands in the US/UK regions
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using email campaigns, cold outreach, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing to create tailored content (case studies, whitepapers) highlighting SummitNext's expertise
- Develop new sales channels other than emails, LinkedIn, or cold calls
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients for future business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce and other prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo/Apollo/Sales Navigator) for lead generation and management
- Conduct cold outreach to decision-makers in niche industries
- Structure follow-up sequences for unresponsive leads
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in BPO, customer support, or data annotation markets
- Very strong knowledge of Russian and above-average English
- Strong grasp of Russian business etiquette and procurement processes for outsourcing
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo/Apollo/Sales Navigator)
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-cultural client engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA is desirable
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation services or AI training datasets
- Knowledge of the fintech industry, particularly backend documentation operations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools
