About the Role
New Frontier Immigration Law is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their team on a freelance/contract basis. This fully remote position will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of business immigration forms and packets, delivering submission-ready files directly to the legal team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in helping the firm achieve its mission of changing the lives of undocumented immigrants in the USA.The role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. With a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all forms strictly adhere to current USCIS guidelines, fee schedules, and evidentiary standards.

What You Will Do
- Draft, review, and finalize complex business immigration forms and associated support documentation with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Formulate and complete specific packets including, but not limited to, I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, and I-485.
- Ensure all forms strictly adhere to current USCIS guidelines, fee schedules, and evidentiary standards to mitigate any risk of RFEs or rejections.
- Organize and compile case files efficiently, ensuring clear structure and seamless handoff to the internal legal operations team.
- Work within established case-time guidelines and deliver completed packets within fast, predictable turnaround times.
- Collaborate with the legal team to resolve any issues or questions that may arise during the preparation of business immigration forms and packets.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in USCIS guidelines, fee schedules, and evidentiary standards to ensure the highest level of quality and compliance.
- Prepare and review supporting documentation, including but not limited to, affidavits, contracts, and education transcripts.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's case management system and procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of direct experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal handling employment-based petitions.
- Proven expertise and deep familiarity with I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, and I-485 filings.
- Ability to work independently with little to no additional training or onboarding.
- Meticulous document handling and data entry skills; an absolute commitment to accuracy.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the legal team and other stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with case management software and technology.
- Knowledge of Spanish or other languages, given the firm's location in Mexico.
- Prior experience working with a remote team or in a freelance/contract capacity.
- Certification as a paralegal or a related field.
