What You Will Do

  • Gather requirements and define scope for projects of varying sizes and complexity
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, SQL, and other tools
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, workflows, and business processes
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, and implement data governance and stewardship practices
  • Educate stakeholders on data literacy concepts and best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of data models, architectures, and workflows
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with data governance and stewardship practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
  • Experience with Epic EHR Clarity Database and Tableau is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
  • Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
