About the Role
The Business Operations Associate role at Bjak is a critical component of the company's growth strategy. As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-priority initiatives, solve complex business challenges, and build new capabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with leadership to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing process enhancements, and leading projects from planning to execution.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success, working on initiatives that span engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. What You Will Do
