About the Role

The Business Operations Program Director plays a critical role in driving business objectives and advancing the organization's mission. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with external stakeholders, develop strategic plans, and direct programs that align with defined business goals. As a key member of the RCO Strategy and Culture team, the successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to communicate opportunities, issues, and general knowledge of relationships with outside providers or vendors.

Day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with outside stakeholders or vendors to secure support for project goals, interfacing with senior leadership to ensure strong working relationships, and developing strategic plans and infrastructure to align with defined business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, program management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to drive business objectives and advance the organization's mission.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with outside stakeholders or vendors to secure support for project goals
  • Interface with senior leadership to communicate opportunities, issues, and general knowledge of relationships with outside providers or vendors
  • Develop strategic plans and infrastructure to align with defined business goals
  • Direct program through evolving program creation, management tools, and reporting capabilities
  • Recommend program budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change
  • Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics
  • Address and resolve project issues to ensure goals remain on track
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven years' experience in business operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing strategic plans and infrastructure to align with defined business goals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders and drive business objectives
  • Strong understanding of program management and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
