About the Role
As a Business Product Designer at DaCodes, you will be responsible for creating digital experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and stakeholders, to bring design concepts to life. Your primary focus will be on designing user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI design principles.The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing digital products that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing. You will be expected to collaborate with teams to identify design opportunities, develop design concepts, and test prototypes. Your expertise in design tools like Figma, as well as your ability to communicate design decisions effectively, will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Design digital experiences that are centered on the user, for web and mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify design opportunities and develop solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, justifying design decisions with data and user needs
- Participate in ideation sessions to generate new design concepts and solutions
- Facilitate conversations with cross-functional teams to align expectations and requirements
- Maintain a high level of design quality, ensuring that all design solutions meet the company's standards
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
- Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing digital products for web and mobile applications
- Experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, human-centered design, and design systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines

- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Knowledge of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
