Job Description

## About the Role As a Business Support Coordinator at Amgen, you will be a key point of contact for the MEA region, supporting affiliates in various processes according to predefined SOPs and SLAs. This role is based in Egypt and reports to the Contract Management Manager within ACCP. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic region, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract management and compliance.

Day-to-day, you will execute activities in line with business processes and compliance requirements, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in contract management, PO creation, and invoice approval will be crucial in this role. As a seasoned professional, you will also act as a buddy to new joiners across the MEA region, providing guidance and support as needed.

## What You Will Do - Deliver ACCP contract management support to the MEA region - Execute activities in line with business processes and compliance requirements - Create and manage POs, ensuring timely and accurate completion - Approve invoices, verifying that all requirements are met - Support compliance in reporting HCR Management, Data Capture with SCF, and Consent management - Coordinate activities review, approval, contract management, payments, and documents reconciliation workflows - Act as a buddy to new joiners across the MEA region, providing guidance and support - Recognize and escalate problems or risks, as and when they arise, in line with business requirements - Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth of the department and ACCP - Support vendor management, contract management, and HCP/HCO PO creation and status management - Manage payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are completed accurately and on time

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in document controlling, admin management, and/or business support - Current or previous experience within an SSC is highly desirable - Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills - Ability to respond efficiently and promptly to business requests - Fluent English is required - Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance, and business processes - Experience with digital tools and systems, including PO creation and invoice approval - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects

## Nice to Have - Experience working in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry - Knowledge of HCP/HCO management and compliance - Familiarity with ACCP and Amgen's business processes - Certification in contract management or a related field - Experience with data analysis and reporting
