What You Will Do

  • Consult with management to determine business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Coordinate with IT professionals to design, develop, and implement software applications
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on new software applications
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business process improvements
  • Conduct research to identify new technologies and methods to improve business processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including management and IT professionals
  • Participate in project planning and management, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that solutions are implemented in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure the success of business process improvements

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in information technology, including experience with SQL and SQL reporting
  • Experience with enrollment and QNXT preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with business process improvement and change management
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with software applications and technical tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with business intelligence and data analytics
  • Certification in business analysis or a related field
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends
