About the Role
The Business Systems Analyst Consultant position at PNC is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between IT and business management. What You Will Do
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions that integrate technology and process improvements.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Identify, evaluate, and configure systems that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on business applications to enhance system productivity.
- Provide senior-level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
- Define and document client requirements, revising existing system logic as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovations that can benefit PNC.
What We Are Looking For
- A university/college degree, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst or similar role, with a focus on process improvement and system implementation.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, IT project management, and technical writing.
- Experience with application development, business management, customer solutions, and software solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with UX design and group problem-solving methodologies.
- Knowledge of release management and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Certification in IT service management or a related field.
