About the Role
The campaign manager position within Impact's in-house influencer marketing team, Studio, is a key role that involves managing end-to-end influencer campaigns for a variety of clients across different verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for strategically planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on full-funnel influencer campaigns, ensuring that they meet client goals and drive measurable business growth. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm, but as part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the world and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving social media landscape.The role is centered around bridging the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance, requiring a strong understanding of how to turn influencer partnerships into measurable business outcomes while maintaining beautiful brand alignment. This involves not only managing campaigns but also identifying, negotiating with, and recruiting high-performing creators, managing logistics such as product seeding, and building long-term brand ambassador programs. The ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize daily campaign traffic, and meet client goals is crucial, utilizing internal tools and dashboards to inform decision-making.
As part of the Studio team, you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to align campaigns with clients' business objectives, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of Impact's clients and the growth of the company as a whole, making it a highly rewarding and challenging role for the right candidate.
What You Will Do
- Strategically plan, execute, optimize, and report on full-funnel influencer campaigns from initial brief to final reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campaign traffic and key metrics to meet client goals.
- Identify, negotiate with, and recruit high-performing creators for campaigns.
- Manage logistics such as product seeding and build long-term brand ambassador programs.
- Align campaigns with clients' business objectives and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams.
- Strategically allocate campaign budgets and manage product-seeding workflows effectively.
- Plan and organize exclusive creator events and workshops to foster community growth.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging industry best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages, Dutch, or German.
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or other digital marketing fields.
- Ability to create multi-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of influencers across various verticals and influencer rates.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and enjoy spending time on them.
- Strong research skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides, or Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and possess problem-solving skills.
