About the Role

The Outbound Product Manager role at PointClickCare is a critical component of the company's commercialization strategy, driving the market success of its strategic products and services. As part of the Outbound Product Management team, you will play a pivotal role in translating product capabilities into clear customer value, partnering cross-functionally to align go-to-market execution, and enabling the field to drive revenue and adoption. With a strong focus on customer insights, you will inform ongoing product enhancements and contribute to the company's mission to deliver exceptional care.

The Outbound Product Management team is responsible for the commercialization and market success of PointClickCare's strategic products and services, ensuring solutions are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted. As an Outbound Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to define product positioning and messaging, develop and execute go-to-market plans, and gather voice-of-customer insights to strengthen product-market fit.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams to drive revenue and adoption
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform ongoing product enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market execution and ensure cross-functional readiness
  • Monitor adoption performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare tech industry
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and launch planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Strong customer-centric approach and understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience with product positioning and messaging development
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and current trends
