About the Role

The work involves participating in AI training and evaluation, behavioral experiments, user research, academic studies, interviews, and surveys. You will be working with a diverse range of projects, and your input will help refine Large Language Models, inform decision-making tasks, and provide feedback on new software and product concepts.

What You Will Do

• Participate in AI training and evaluation tasks, such as ranking responses or providing creative prompts
• Engage in behavioral experiments, including decision-making tasks and cognitive games
• Provide feedback on new software, apps, or product concepts as part of user research
• Contribute to academic studies in fields like psychology, economics, and sociology
• Participate in interviews regarding your professional expertise or lived experience
• Complete surveys and questionnaires on various topics, including current events, consumer habits, and workplace culture
• Collaborate with researchers and organizations to gather high-quality data
• Work on a wide range of projects, from short tasks to longer studies requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted work
• Engage with a diverse range of educational backgrounds, including no high school diploma, high school graduates, trade school and vocational professionals, undergraduate and master's degree holders, and PhD candidates and doctoral researchers
• Contribute to the development of Large Language Models and other AI technologies
