What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media sites.
- Create, manage, and renew job postings to attract top talent.
- Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Maintain an active and healthy candidate pool, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial and follow-up interviews via Google Meet, assessing candidate fit and potential.
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing detailed feedback and recommendations.
- Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews, ensuring hiring timelines are met and processes are on track.
- Reschedule interviews as needed, adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining momentum.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates via email and Slack, ensuring transparency and communication.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including travel arrangements if necessary, to facilitate a seamless interview process.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate engagement, with a preference for those who have worked in digital marketing or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions and engage candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple candidates, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with experience in managing candidate records and tracking systems, preferably with expertise in Excel.
