About the Role

As a Candidate Sourcing Consultant at RecruitMyMom, you will play a critical role in driving candidate pipeline growth and optimizing recruitment operations. You will be working remotely as part of an established executive search firm, with the autonomy to manage high-volume outreach and social media content workflows. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting targeted candidate sourcing, executing multi-stage message campaigns, and maintaining recruitment spreadsheets.

The role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is proactive in managing digital workflows. You will be working closely with the recruitment team to identify high-calibre professionals within the medical technology, insurance, and employee benefits sectors. Your exceptional written and verbal English communication skills will be essential in interacting with executive-level professionals and maintaining high engagement rates.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct targeted candidate sourcing on LinkedIn to identify high-calibre professionals within the medical technology, insurance, and employee benefits sectors
  • Execute and track multi-stage message campaigns and follow-up sequences to maintain high engagement rates
  • Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets, coordinate interview schedules, and support end-to-end recruitment operations
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of LinkedIn and social media content to enhance market visibility
  • Utilize video tools like Loom to streamline internal updates and professional communication workflows
  • Manage high-volume outreach and social media content workflows with measurable, productivity-driven flexibility
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to identify and pursue new talent pipelines
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive candidate pipeline growth
  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize workflows and improve candidate engagement

What We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with total comfort interacting with executive-level professionals
  • Proven capability to utilize Loom or similar asynchronous video communication tools
  • Outstanding organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing digital workflows
  • A highly reliable internet connection suitable for consistent remote operations
  • A coachable, self-driven personality capable of working productively without direct supervision
  • Prior experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or Talent Acquisition Assistant
  • Basic design proficiency utilizing Canva for social media content creation
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)

  • Prior experience working in the medical technology, insurance, or employee benefits sectors
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
