About the Role

The Cardiac Ablation Specialist role at AtriCure is a unique opportunity for a medical professional to support field sales teams in the cardiac operating room. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for training surgical and OR staff, guiding physicians during live procedures, and providing critical support to ensure the success of cardiac ablation procedures. What You Will Do

  • Support field sales teams in the cardiac operating room, providing training and guidance to surgical and OR staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and procedures

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians and hospital administrators
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cardiac ablation technology and procedures
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help drive business growth
  • Develop and deliver training programs for OR staff and physicians
  • Participate in clinical trials and studies to evaluate new technologies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field, such as engineering, biology, or chemistry
  • Experience working in an operating room, EP lab, or catheterization lab
  • Strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cardiac ablation technology and procedures
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
