About the Role

The Cardiac PET Account Manager role at GE HealthCare is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of the company's cardiac imaging agent, Flyrcado. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan to increase market share and drive sales. This will involve partnering with hospitals, imaging centers, and cardiac centers to offer Flyrcado, as well as conducting regular business analyses to stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer education, and strategic collaboration, with a deep understanding of the medical imaging market and the needs of key stakeholders.

The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive business objectives and achieve sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for providing pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management, as well as forecasting orders and sales for your assigned territory. With a high level of autonomy, you will be expected to work independently to achieve commercial objectives, while also collaborating with the wider team to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth
  • Partner with hospitals, imaging centers, and cardiac centers to offer Flyrcado
  • Conduct regular business analyses to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management
  • Forecast orders and sales for your assigned territory
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Collaborate with market access support teams to optimize payor contract implementation and satisfaction
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including top referring cardiologists
  • Provide customer education and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote GE HealthCare products
  • Monitor territory plan performance and results, and collaborate on next action steps with cross-functional internal and external partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong background in customer education and support
  • Experience working in the medical imaging industry, preferably with cardiac PET technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience with pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management
  • Familiarity with market access support teams and payor contract implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
