About the Role
The Care Adviser position at Wellthy is a critical component of the company's care coordination team. As a Care Adviser, you will be responsible for supporting Care Coordinators in delivering exceptional member experiences. This involves executing care-related tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all members' needs are met seamlessly. You will work closely with the Care Manager and other team members to achieve this goal. The role is part of a larger effort to build a more connected and comprehensive care experience for families and caregivers. In this context, your work will directly impact the lives of those who need it most.Day-to-day, you will be involved in conducting research, completing tasks, and delivering high-quality results for members. What You Will Do
- Conduct research to support care coordination efforts
- Complete care-related tasks with precision and efficiency
- Deliver high-quality results for members, ensuring their needs are met
- Execute a variety of tasks to support Care Coordinators
- Work closely with the Care Manager and other team members
- Develop and maintain knowledge of care services and resources
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to support care coordination

- Collaborate with specialized teams based on interests and performance
What We Are Looking For
- Associate's Degree or higher in a related field
- 3+ years of work experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a related field
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Knowledge of senior living facilities, property management, or facility placement
- Strong digital skills and experience with remote work tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with care coordination or support services
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and resources
Nice to Have
- Experience with Section 8/Low-income housing vouchers
- Knowledge of facility placement processes
