About the Role

What You Will Do
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids
- Provide care and support for clients who are temporarily sick or recovering from illness
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light meal preparation, laundry, and household cleaning
- Promote the mental and physical activities of clients, including talking, outings, reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including reporting any changes in client condition or circumstances
- Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Participate in client reviews and care planning, contributing to the development of personalized care plans
- Adhere to all Caremark policies and procedures, ensuring that care services are delivered to the highest standards
