About the Role

As a Care Specialist at Mixlab, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our company. You will be working remotely and will be an integral part of our customer care team.

Mixlab is a fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, and as such, we require a Care Specialist who is not only skilled in customer service but also has a passion for the animal health industry. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized care to our customers, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision.

In this role, you will be reporting to our Customer Care Manager and will be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers' needs are met.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
  • Provide product information and education to customers as needed
  • Process customer orders and handle payments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the animal health industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Nice to Have

  • Experience with veterinary compounding pharmacy or animal health industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
