About the Role
The CareCoach role is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to clients. As a CareCoach, you will be responsible for providing support to clients through various communication channels, including phone and email. You will work closely with the CareCoach team lead to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. The role is based in New Brunswick, Canada, and is open to bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and French.The CareCoach role is a vital part of the company's operations, and as such, you will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize your workload, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
What You Will Do
- Provide support to clients through phone and email
- Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with the CareCoach team lead to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your workload effectively
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's policies and procedures
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed
- Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in social services or a related field
- A minimum of one year of experience in counseling or coaching
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Familiarity with mental health and addiction treatment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Certification in mental health first aid or a related field
