About the Role
EZTexting is seeking a Carrier Messaging Compliance Lead. This position involves working closely with our Carrier Operations team to address compliance-related challenges and trends in the messaging space.Responsibilities
- Guide the Carrier Operations team in complexities surrounding fraud and abuse.
- Develop guidelines, best practices, and training materials.
- Serve as the key contact for escalated customer issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on company practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of compliance processes to ensure adherence to laws and carrier policies.
Requirements
