About the Role

The Case Processing Manager role at Sneed|Mitchell LLP is a critical component of the firm's mission to protect the rights of individuals against large corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding in client onboarding, developing and negotiating on behalf of clients, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

The Case Processing Manager will report to the management team and will be responsible for providing regular updates on the team's performance. What You Will Do

  • Aid in client onboarding and work to continue to increase the level of care provided to clients throughout the life of their cases
  • Assist in client communications to ensure a seamless process
  • Work closely with management to determine the anticipated value of client claims
  • Help resolve filed cases and communicate closely with clients throughout the process
  • Update reports that reflect the overall performance and regularly report the team's performance to management
  • Develop and negotiate on behalf of clients to ensure optimal returns
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM with excellent writing skills
  • Experience working with multiple software applications, including Excel
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
