## What You Will Do - Manage client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client - Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders - Analyze complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in case processing - Collaborate with leadership to determine the anticipated value of client claims and negotiate on behalf of clients - Communicate closely with clients throughout the case lifecycle, providing regular updates and support - Update reports to reflect overall performance and provide insights to management - Work closely with the management team to develop and implement process improvements - Assist in resolving filed cases and communicating with clients throughout the process - Schedule appointments for investigators and accept inbound and outbound calls - Obtain signed retainers via email or text after providing free consultations
## What We Are Looking For - High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an outgoing personality - Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to changing circumstances - Reliable and dependable, with excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills - Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with excellent writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications - Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple software applications
