About the Role
CACI International Inc is seeking a full-time Case Support Analyst to support national security and suitability investigations.Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, demonstrating knowledge of customer policies and procedures
- Provide support to the field and review departments through the investigator helpline and case scoping
- Review the front end of field investigations for compliance with national standards and customer requirements
- Manage daily workload and task list, prioritizing based on customer, business needs, and team needs
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in conducting Federal background investigations and/or reviewing Federal background investigation reports of investigation
- At least 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations
