What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate the cash applications team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including training and coaching on cash applications processes and systems
- Oversee the payment posting process, ensuring that all payments are accurately and promptly applied to customer accounts
- Develop and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cash applications team
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and finance, to resolve customer inquiries and issues

- Experience with payment posting, EHR, and customer service, with a strong understanding of cash applications processes and systems
