About the Role
The Casino Coordinator position at Ventures Lab is a key role that supports the day-to-day operations of the casino across multiple brands. This involves working closely with the Casino Operations Manager and other internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of casino services. The role is critical in maintaining the highest level of player experience and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.As a Casino Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of game releases, player activity monitoring, and maintaining the casino lobby. Your insights will be invaluable in helping to improve the overall casino experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, efficiency, and player satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Support game release planning, including preparing game images, configurations, and bonus contribution settings.
- Update and maintain game weights for new releases, ensuring completion by the end of each working day.
- Manage casino lobby presentation across platforms, including game rankings, category updates, and removal of disabled games.
- Regularly update the new game board, ensuring only newly launched titles remain listed.
- Update live casino repeating thumbnails across brands.
- Perform daily operational checks, including big winners reports verification and replay requests, opposite betting checks, and escalations when required.
- Assist in removing disabled or outdated games across all brands.
- Provide hands-on support with lobby cleaning, categorization, and issue flagging.
- Handle first-line escalations for selected brands, escalating unresolved issues to the Casino Operations Manager.
- Assist with player fraud monitoring by reviewing alerts and requesting additional information from providers.
- Collaborate with Data/Google Analytics teams to analyze player behavior and performance trends.
- Contribute to BI dashboard setup for player and provider reviews.
- Deliver competitor checks and reports to support strategic planning.
- Share regular operational reports with the Casino Operations Manager to aid decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role within an online casino, with a focus on managing game lobbies, casino promotions, and contact with third-party providers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with in-depth knowledge of casino games, game providers, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and customer insights to drive operations strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the iGaming industry.
