About the Role
The Central Operations Support Executive plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of sellers, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to norms and practices. This role entails remote monitoring of assigned sites, coordination with field executives, and stakeholder management. As part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying patterns, and proposing process improvements.The role is critical to the success of the organization, as it directly impacts the customer experience and seller performance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
The team supports both inbound and outbound operations via voice and non-voice channels, requiring the candidate to be adaptable and flexible in their approach. As a remote role, the candidate will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be willing to work on weekends and in shifts.
What You Will Do
- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations
- Train and direct sellers for execution and adherence to norms and practices
- Devise and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features and processes that focus on improving the seller experience
- Identify patterns and disruptions in data, and scrutinize details to foresee implications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide support to field executives and sellers to ensure seamless operations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Experience with SQL (desirable)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to scrutinize data
