Job Description
About the Role
The CEO Office at Bjak is a critical component of the company's finance super app expansion. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve tracking OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines, as well as supporting licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects. You will be working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams. Your ability to identify execution gaps and push teams to close them will be crucial to the success of the company's expansion plans. The ideal candidate will be a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive results.What You Will Do
- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects
- Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers
- Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams
- Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them
- Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors

- Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to write updates that make decisions easier
- Ability to stay calm when many things are moving at once and care about outcomes more than visibility
