About the Role
The CEO Office at Bjak is a critical component of the company's finance super app expansion. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects. Your day-to-day activities will include tracking OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams, as well as preparing clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.The ideal candidate will be a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to identify execution gaps and push teams to close them, while also owning urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.

What You Will Do
- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects
- Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers
- Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams
- Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them
- Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
